What We Do

From brokenness to independence - we walk alongside people until they are ready to thrive on their own!  An essential element of this goal is the introduction of a support system that is steeped in the Christan faith and can only be found in the body of Christ. We seek to leverage God's love and His church to broaden the supports on our participants.

The dignity and pride of a job well done is a vital part of recovery. Our participants either work or volunteer in the community. Work gives our participants opportunities to hone the life skills their training is giving them, and helps them learn the healthy habit of participating in life!

Affordable participation at $700.00/month

$500.00 covers living costs

$200.00 goes into a savings account returned at graduation.

After graduation (up to 24 months), participants will have up to $4,800.00 in savings - a foundation for them to continue to build their independence. 

Operating in accordance with the Standards of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR), The Bresee Center provides a Level three (3) of care. (See National Alliance for Recovery Residences (narronline.org) for more information on NARR.)
